"Pretty straightforward and fair"
The instructions were easy to follow and made sense right away. To be fair, there wasn’t much to figure out, but I appreciated that it didn’t turn into a headache.

"Pretty close to what I had in mind"
I ordered from fanblock.com, and the design came out really close to what I sent over. Compared to a couple other custom orders I’ve done before, the colors and layout matched much better this time. There was one tiny detail that looked a little off, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out and I’d probably order from them again.

"I had a good experience with..."
I had a good experience with my order. I usually assume tracking is going to be a little delayed or vague, but this one updated quickly and I could tell where the package was the whole time. Since the updates stayed consistent, I figured everything was moving along fine and never had to contact support or wonder what was happening. It all arrived as expected, so overall it was simple, smooth, and definitely 5 stars from me.

"Box was kinda beat up"
My order showed up on time, so that part was fine. The box was a little crushed on one side though, which wasn’t great. Luckily the item inside was totally okay, but yeah, the packaging could’ve been better. Not a huge deal or anything, I just expected it to look a bit nicer when it got here.

Everything was included and the set itself was nice. The only downside was that the box was a bit beat up when it arrived, but overall I’m happy with it

"Just bad timing with the shipping"
I think I just ordered at the wrong time because the shipping took longer than I was hoping. It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, and the package did show up fine in the end, but the timing was definitely not on my side

"Good support, just took a little time"
I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to customer service. They got back to me the next day and were nice, really helpful. It did take a bit of back and forth, like a little more back and forth than I expected, but they did fix it in the end. Overall it was a good experience, just not the fastest

"Decent price, but the expectations kept shifting"
The price was okay, I guess, but nothing that really stood out as a great deal. I also felt like the goalposts kept moving a bit, which made it harder to feel satisfied with what I was getting. Overall, fair enough, but it could definitely be cheaper.

"Easy enough to use, but still pay attention"
The site was easy to get around, and I didn’t have much trouble finding my way through it. That said, I’d still tell others to take their time and double-check what they’re clicking on, just to avoid any mistakes.
